New Hypershell X Series

The New Hypershell X Series is our wearable exoskeleton range, designed to support movement in a way that feels more natural, moves in sync with your body, and is easier to trust. Built around HyperIntuition, Hypershell's groundbreaking software architecture for exoskeletons, it is designed for outdoor movement and active everyday use across walking routes, hills, trails and mixed terrain.

It means the New Hypershell X Series is designed to work with the wearer in a more seamless and natural way. Rather than simply adding power, it is built to deliver the right support at the right moment, staying closely aligned with movement, posture and intent as they change in real time.

“Second Nature, First Step” reflects the idea that an exoskeleton should make assistance feel natural, responses feel timely, and coordination feel as smooth as instinct. Wearing an exoskeleton should feel like second nature, and should respond instantly, from the first step.

The weight specifications between previous-generation products and the new Hypershell X Series are measured differently. Previous-generation products listed “net weight,” while the new X Series lists “wearing weight.”

The wearing weight includes:

• Main device structure
• Soft pack system
• One battery

As a result, the numbers are not directly comparable.

The new X Series also introduces an upgraded soft-pack system and enhanced structural support for improved comfort and stability, while still maintaining a lightweight wearable design overall.

The New Hypershell X Series is designed for a broad active and outdoor audience, including walkers, hikers, outdoor newcomers, light outdoor enthusiasts, older users, and people who want more support to stay active for longer. It can also suit professional users who spend long periods on foot or work in stop-start outdoor environments, such as photographers, guides or rescue teams, depending on model and use case.

Hypershell X Pro S is best suited to accessible everyday movement and lighter use, including walking, commuting and daily outdoor activity. Hypershell X Max S is the mainstream sweet spot for users who want stronger performance and longer range across mixed terrain. Hypershell X Ultra S is the flagship model, designed for the broadest terrain mix, the fullest feature set and more demanding all-scenario use.

The New Hypershell X Series introduces a new control approach. Instead of working in steps like sense movement → predict intent → respond, HyperIntuition works as one continuous system. It understands your movement as it happens and provides support instantly. Hyper stands for faster, more precise, and more natural—beyond conscious thought. Whether you stop suddenly, move from flat ground to a slope, or walk on uneven terrain, it recognizes your movement and adjusts with zero delay. With HyperIntuition, exoskeletons no longer rely on preset rules. It adapts in real time using true intuition, while responding to changing environments as naturally as you do. The result is support that feels seamless—moving with you, naturally unleashing your physical potential and redefining the boundaries of human mobility.

The most important changes are the move to end-to-end AI, stronger human-machine synchronisation, more natural assistance in unpredictable real-world movement, and a system designed to align more closely with user intent rather than simply reacting to gait patterns.
